ABOUT

Diana Howard is a published poet and children's author. She lives in SE South Dakota along the Missouri River. Her love of nature has embraced her latest volume of poetry. She started writing seriously when she was 38 years old. She has attended numerous Iowa Summer Writing Festival classes over the years – taking all she has learned to

heart. She always tries to follow the adage of "writing what she knows". Her favorite thing besides having her work critiqued -- is sharing her poems with others.
