Captain Gabriel has done both before, the lemonade and the adventures, so he 's pretty good at it despite the fact that he still has no idea what a swash even is, nor how one would buckle it. Never mind that -- he 's setting sail with his quirky crew to embrace the unknown, including a magical unicorn and her warrior-girl companion, a harrowing side quest in search of the elusive "macguffin flower," and a crow-girl haunted by an old curse.

Do Cap and the crew of the Dawn Horizon have what it takes to break the Curse of the Crow? ("Of curse!" promises Elliot, the ship 's cook and official crafter of groan-worthy puns.) But the real question is, do you have what it takes to join them?

The Curse of the Crow is a juvenile adventure fiction available in paperback, ebook and audiobook. It 's great for readers ages 6-10 and anyone who loves to read aloud to them.

Each book is giving back! We 're using 10% of our author proceeds to support our school library at Escuela Bilingue Pioneer Elementary in Lafayette.

We live in Lafayette, just a quick hop down the road from Inkberry Books. A couple years ago we started writing and illustrating a book together as a summer project, and together we created an adventure story with a little bit of something for everyone -- unicorns, wizards, dragons, silly puns, and of course the occasional hedgehog. We're excited to share The Curse of the Crow with the readers at Inkberry Books, and looking forward to making new friends who can join us on the high seas of adventure!
